NASCAR Nationwide Series Race – April 9, 2010 Phoenix International Raceway

The Nationwide Series race at Phoenix International Raceway starts a bit later than some of the other races so a large part of the race is in the shadows or under the lights. This can make photography challenging because of the tough lighting conditions and the “odd” color tempature of the lights at PIR.

The lighting at these night races is kind of “green-ish, blue-ish, morgue-looking, dawn of the dead, zombie, shade” with no real easy to get your WB looking natural.
